Mash & Co Catering provided the Wedding Breakfast for a lovely couple in a beautiful barn near Newport Pagnell.
Fantastic canapes were served - Goats Cheese with Quince Jam & Rocket on Toasted Sour Dough, Peking Duck wrapped in Rice Paper Rolls with Sweet Hoisin Dipping Sauce, Buckwheat Blini's with Beetroot cured Salmon, Citrus Creme Fraiche and Chives and lastly Asparagus Spears with Serrano Ham and Chervil with Lemon Hollandaise. That was just the appetizer!
We had an extremely quick turn around in the barn where the Civil Ceremony took place as we had very tight time constraints. In just 40 minutes we had transformed the room ready for all the guests to sit down for the Wedding Breakfast. Only possible with great staff. The day was a huge success and we left a fully satisfied bride and groom to enjoy the rest of their day.
