James has been made chef for one of Epicure's new ventures - Creative Cooks. 

He has been testing and developing their new Mediterranean Bean Mix, Tuscan Bean Mix, Rustic Six Bean Mix.  All are 100% naturally seasoned and drizzled in extra virgin olive oil.
