Fish & Chips anyone?!

This was a real treat for us, to be given the opportunity to fulfill an interesting brief which was to have a variety of 'stations' based on the clients' favourite foods from around the world.  The 4 stations were Afternoon Tea - mini chicken and pancetta club sandwiches with aioli and lemon and poppy seed drizzle cake, American/New York Deli - pastrami on rye, sauerkraut and pickled wallies, Gurkha Curry - 100% authentic Gurkha Curry created by Gurkha soldiers as they would make it in the moutains in Nepal, Fish & Chips - bite-sized cod pieces covered with our specially created batter, triple-cooked home-make chips and mushy peas.
