Celebrations - Cold Buffet served in the beautiful Northamptonshire Countryside

Joint family birthday celebrations were held just outside Brackley on a beautiful sunny day.

The party was held outside in a lovely marquee and we served a sumptuous cold buffet to the guests.  

The menu included:

Cold Roasted Mirin and Soy Glazed Wild Salmon with Sweet Chilli and Ginger

Hand Carved Suffolk Cured Ham with Fresh Pickles

Pulled Buffalo Mozzarella with Sweet Pepper and Aubergine Caponata

Bang Bang Chicken Salad with Coconut and Lime and an Asian Pesto
